My Client has been established for over 10 years and during that period it has built a fine reputation for delivering complex fit out, refurbishment and construction solutions to a broad range of loyal clients. Due to continued growth in it's Sydney office my client has an urgent requirement for an additional Contracts Administrator to joins it's team.
This group has developed a solid reputation for delivering high-end interiors solutions to a broad client base including banks, corporate offices, health care, retail and leisure industry sectors on projects to USD 5M. My client has a great reputation for training and developing it's people to a very high standard and has already produced several top class Site and Project Managers.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate's role would include:
o Tender trade packages to contractors
o Sub-contractor negotiations
o Assisting preparation of budgets
o Preparation of progress claims
o Liasing with management regarding contracts
o Administering progress payments and contract variations
The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in construction management and have a minimum of 3 years Australian experience in a Contracts Administrator role, preferably with some commercial interiors experience. Solid communication, negotiation and organisational skills are essential coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team environment will be key to success in this role.

A salary of up to USD 100K pkg is available for this role, which will be negotiated on you experience level.
