Brand Manager - Soap (FMCG) Arab national only

A brand manager is required for a very good fmcg company, based in dubai. The brand manager would specifically be looking after the soaps range, of the company.
The brand Manager would be responsible for the following:
Work within strategies outlined by Marketing Management to maximize the impact of the Brand’s media and promotional efforts.
• Communicate marketing objectives, strategies, rationale, and execution of programs to our key constituencies.
• Develop local marketing promotions with Independent and Chain Retailers.
• Responsible for directing the store level Consumer/Brand interaction with emphasis on Brand promotion.
• Participation in new product and packaging development.
• Conducts analysis of present & potential markets for new or existing products and services
• Responsible for category management and Brand product gap identification and report these insights back to headquarters.
• Attuned to regional competitive activity including, competitive advertising, product introductions, promotional programs, incentive programs and report back to headquarters.
• Possess a clear understanding of the Brand’s relationship with its current retail customers and regional consumers
Skills & Qualification
Candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills, and posess excellent computer skills.
Must hold a bachelors degree with a minimum experience of 5 years.
