Responsibilities:

• Support technical design activities related to application software, data, databases, packaged solutions, and infrastructure components.
• Participate in the selection, acquisition, configuration, and troubleshooting of packaged solutions and technical infrastructure components.
• Contribute to applying the Catalyst framework, in the role played, to determine the methodological steps that are appropriate for an engagement.
• Assist with gap analysis highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition.
• Establish credibility at all levels within the client and build problem-solving partnerships with the client and colleagues.

• Understand the business process, its information and support requirements, and assist business developers in customization of innovation and services rendered.

Requirements:

• Technically proficient with superior SharePoint .NET etc.development experience.
• 2+ years with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007/ WSS 3.0 and SPS 2003/WSS 2.0
• 5 years of .NET development
• Minimum of 2 full cycles of SPS implementations
• Strong Infrastructure skills
• Strong SQL Server 2003, and/or 2005 skills
• 2+ years SharePoint Designer
• Some level of expertise in following technology areas would be preferred SOAP, XML, and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Experience working with software, hardware, data and testing standards
• Experience working with delivery assurance principles and procedures
• Strong analysis and design skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
• Ability to devise creative technical solutions
• Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems
