HYDROGEOLOGIST
at Merlan Gaspar in United Arab Emirates
The candidate will take the technical lead on a number of high profile dewatering projects and provide advice and guidance internally on observation, performance and monitoring requirements. The candidate should be willing to get actively involved in technical training, supporting and developing competencies of the team and other colleagues within the business.
Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the UAE working in a similar profession specifically design of groundwater control solutions and possess good written and spoken English skills. GCC experience is preferred. The person must have a degree in an Earth Science (Bachelor’s Degree in Hydrogeology). Engineering background and have a good grasp of construction processes and hydrogeological concepts particularly with reference to dewatering, groundwater flow and pump selection.
