53. QA Engineer
at ENGGSOL in Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
• Establish the Quality Plan for Product and Project activities in line with the IS09001 Quality System
• Performs verification and validation activities to assure the product and service quality, which include design review, product inspection, product acceptance test and audit
• Liaises with customer and suppliers on product standards and requirements
• Identifies and record any problem, also initiates action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system
• Initiates, recommend or provide solutions to products and process's quality problems through designated channels
• Controls further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the non-conformities identified have been corrected
• Submit the product quality performance report for management review
• Participates in continuous improvement programs related to the products, process and quality system
• Assist Project Manager with Quality implementation QA/QC related tasks
Requirements
At least a Degree Electronics Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience in quality Control/Assurance and manufacturing environment. Diploma holders with more than five years working experience will also be considered
Practical working knowledge in Process tools llke Statistical process Control, Failure Mode Effects Analysis
PDCA Cycle, 8D
Good knowledge of MS Office like Excel and Power point
Independent with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
IPCA-610D and IPCA-600G qualification are preferred
Familiar with IS09000 or AS9100 will be added advantage
