52. Senior Executive/Executive (Sales Operations)
at ENGGSOL in Singapore
Serve as the 2nd point of contact besides the sales person. Assist sales personnel in responding
to customers
Presales
• Draft quotations and service contract agreements
• Provide cost comparison analysis to support quotation process
• Manage NDA (non-disclosure agreements) and reseller agreements
• Support sales personnel in any projects, including the sourcing of 3rd party products
Post-sales order management
• Process customer purchase orders. Complete all checks before processing purchase
orders, including customer details, credit history, inventory status, etc.
• Coordinate logistics between suppliers, forwarders, 3rd party warehouses, internal staff, in
order to ensure that the correct orders are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
• Ensure customers pay per agreed credit terms. Follow up with customers for overdue
payments, where required Demand Forecast
• Monitor and weeklv reports of sales status
• Communicates regarding product deliveries and availability, including scheduling or
rescheduling (pull-inlpush-out of orders). Reconcile discrepancies between internal parties
and customers
• Ensure book-to-physical accuracy of consigned inventories in 3rd party warehouse vs SAP
system
• Improve or develop new business processes to meet customer requirements
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5 years related experience in sales operations, sales support within a technology.
Excellent communications skills (both written spoken), in English. Preferably bilingual in another
Asian language. Comfortable to work with customers, sales and other internal functions,
especially on high tech products
Good problem solving skills and business savvy. Self-starter and team player
