Requirements
1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in JDE World (A7.3 cum 11) functional and technical support
3. Experience in RPG/400 programming using JDE standards is a must
4. Knowledge of iSeries, OS, Robot and SDM are an added advantage
5. Good communication and project management skills
Responsibilities:
1. To support JDE Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing modules, including interfaces from JDE to other systems
2. To deliver timely changes to JDE upon end-user requests through proper system change request procedure (impact assessment, approvals, design specifications, programming, test protocols, unit and integration testing, promotions of object among JDE environments)
3. Assist in iSeries and JDE security administration
4. Take ownership and participate in JDE related projects
