Service Quality & Training Executive
at enggsol (Anywhere)
Be part of the Service Excellence Team where you will play an integral role in championing continuous improvement initiatives and equipping service professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Manage the service quality measurements and analysis of results.
• Perform Service Quality Audit and conduct calibration sessions to ensure quality of service
• Identify trends/issues, and recommend process /service improvements to close quality gaps
• Participate in driving process improvement projects and initiatives
• Develop, design and conduct service customer relations training based on the training needs and organizational goals.
• Evaluate and Analyze the effectiveness of training programs
• Inculcate a service mindset in the Team
• Prepare quality reports for review and analysis purposes
• Organize welfare events to improve staff’s morale and performance.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills & Experience
o Degree in any discipline
o At least 3 years’ experience in service quality management and in developing/executing training programs in the customer service arena.
o Relevant qualifications in training will be a plus
o Highly confident in presentation and delivery of training
o Good knowledge of customer relation techniques
o A high level of enthusiasm, drive and passion for continuous improvement
o Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
o Excellent service mindset and acumen towards customers’ needs
o Strong analytical ability
o Strong report writing and PC Skills
o Mature thinking, positive attitude and high level of initiative
o Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
