Job Role
• Manage day to day operations and attend/co-ordinate scheduled meetings
• Manage vendors to deliver and meet service level agreement for DC operations and formulate service improvement plans
• Data centre facilities and provisioning services, such as facility management, space & power capacity planning, managed hosting services, etc.
• Systems operations support in account management, server tape backup management and other batch jobs.
• Smartcard printing and production
• Project management, supervision and quality assurance of 1st/2nd level support staff, vendors, etc.
• Provide support within teams and NOC to monitor, troubleshoot, escalate, track and resolve any services under Data Centre.
• Be a mentor and provide coaching to junior staff and team members.
Specific skill
• Project Mgmt Outsourcing experience
• Process oriented
• Audit experiences for ISO900X and ISO2700X
• Project management experience
• ITSM implementation and knowledge in Remedy system is an advantage

Skillset / Special Requirements
• Data Centre Operations
• M&E or Building facilities
• Project Management and leadership skills - at least 4 years as a Project Manager
• Vendor and outsource management
• Contract management
• ISO and ITIL Service Management
• A self starter with positive work attitude, able to work both independently and in teams.
