You will be involved in system development life cycle including application development, implementation and post implementation review. You will also assist in technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and implementation roll-out. As a team lead, you are expected to be able to demonstrate effective leadership, supervise your team, review deliverables and proposed improvement, or corrective actions.

• Min. 6 years of practical software development experience with at least 2 years experience in leading a small development team.

Technical skills:

• Good working experience in J2EE, EJB, Struts, Oracle 11g, WebSphese, Webservices, MQ, AIX
• Experience in developing mission critical applications
• Ability to write functional & design specification
• Banking domain knowledge will be preferred
• Technical competent with hands-on attitude

Others:

Open to PRs but prefer mandarin speaking candidates
Good communication skills with strong technical competency and to interact at ease with people across different levels
