• Level 2 support team lead for payment system applications.
• Lead the team for mission critical and complex payment systems
• Analyzing Production issues and provide prompt resolutions
• Build working relationship with clients
• Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective problem resolution
• Provide hands on support to ensure that application issues are resolved.
Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Application / Production support
• Minimum 3-4 years of team leading experience and prior experience in providing global support of payment systems in a 24x7 environment

Technical skills needed:

• Strong technical knowledge in Oracle, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Unix
• Good domain knowledge of Payment systems along with clearing/receivables experience.
• Hands-on attitude
• Strong Analytical skills and well verse with problem resolution methodologies.
• Excellent team management skills and strong communication skills
• Strong customer-service orientation. Work well in multicultural workplace
Others:

• Open nationality but must have banking domain knowledge in Payment System to qualify
• Technically sound and hands-on on the job
