You will be involved in system development life cycle including application development, implementation and post implementation review. You will also assist in technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and implementation roll-out. As a team lead, you are expected to be able to demonstrate effective leadership, supervise your team, review deliverables and proposed improvement, or corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of practical software development experience with strong hands-on Java/J2EE programming experience
• Successful candidate should have at least 3-5years of team leading capacity, managing a team of 5-8 members

Technical skills needed:

• Web Portal Development experience is mandatory
• Understanding and Knowledge on Portal Platform, CMS Systems, open-source technologies and architectures
• Excellent knowledge of a range of software engineering topics including data structures and algorithms, database concepts, object oriented programming, software architecture and design patterns
Others:

• Open nationality but Web Portal Experience is a must to qualify
• Candidate is required to go through 2 rounds of technical interview
