Roles and Responsibilities

• To design, implement and support all in-house, customised and/or off-the-shelf applications used by MNS (Managed Network Services)
• To evaluate and review any suitable software, applications, tools, database to be used by MNS
• To maintain and support existing software, applications, tools, database used by MNS
• To initiate and perform all enhancement and improvement to software and applications used by MNS
• To evaluate, develop and review all applications related workflow and processes, so as to improve productivity and shorten turnaround time.

Skills and experience requirement (Must have)

• Must have at least IT related Diploma/Degree, preferably with majors in application development and database management
• Must be knowledgeable in MS-SQL, with Relational Database and Object-Oriented concepts
Must have hands-on experience in following programming languages
• Crystal reports
• SQL
• Database development using Oracle and/or MS Access
Skills and experience requirement (Prefer)
• Prefer to have 1-2 years of experience in developing applications using SDLC
• Prefer to have knowledge and experience in following languages
• ASP.NET, ASP, JSP, Java Beans
• Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash
• Prefer to have knowledge in following system
• Tomcat, Weblogic, IIS, HEAT
• Familiar with ITIL best practices, such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management
