You will be involved in the administration and support of mission critical FileNet system. You will also need to work with system administrators, security consultants and application developers to resolve FileNet related incidents. Overall, you will be responsible for the performance, availability, reliability and enhancement of the FileNet application systems.
Pre-requisites:
- At least 4 years of experience in system administration or application support for large scale systems
- At least 2 years of experience in the installation / administration of FileNet Image Services and FileNet P8 Workflow applications components
- Experience in administering and supporting distributed FileNet applications in Microsoft environment.
- Good understanding of Windows, .Net Framework and SQL Server to perform basic diagnostic tasks as well as communicate effectively with their respective system administrators
- FileNet Certification (FCP) and knowledge of other package software such as Siebel, SharePoint and Cognos are advantageous
