2. NETWORK ENGINEER (Managed Services)
at ENGGSOL in Singapore
• For Network Engineer is 2 years of IT networking hands-on experience in LAN & WAN or Network Monitoring Systems or IT Security.
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science with relevant working experience.
• Understanding of IT technology and experience in deployment of Enterprise and Wide Area Networks.
• Practical knowledge & hands-on experiences in managing TCP/IP, Routing protocols, Firewalls (Cisco / Cyberguard / Sidewinder), IDS, IPS, Netscreen, LAN switches (Catalyst 6500), Routers (Cisco 7500), VoIP, Content filtering engine, Alcatel equipment, VPN, ACS, WLAN and F5 technology.
• Experience in monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting complex networks and systems.
• Experience on Project implementation, network designing and documentation.
• Able to install, test, implement, maintain IT infrastructure and ensure reliability and efficiency. Experience in disaster recovery drill.
• Able to support a large pool of users (>500 users).
• Experience in monitoring tools such as CA, HP Openview, Whats Up Gold.
• Scripting skills in managing and creating Access and Firewall rules.
Advantages
Experience in Wintel, Sun Solaris, AIX, Linux and HP-UX.
Web server (Apache, IIS or iPlanet).
Setup and maintain DHCP, DNS, mail servers, VPN servers, proxy servers, gateways and etc.
