Duties: Responsible for leading a Sales Team through aggressive hiring, training, managing and coaching. Achieve revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis through assigned sales team. Work with assigned sales reps on developing a selling strategy for assigned corporations and law firms in their respective territories. Coaching and performance management of sales team based on quota and metrics achievement. Recruit and select top talent into the organization through proactive sourcing plans and a network of industry contacts. Participating and assisting in development of new hire on-boarding and coaching process. Assisting Marketing on evaluating discovery needs, opportunities and threats in the corporate & legal market space. Monitoring and reporting on revenue trends and conditions and communicate to executive team.Qualification and Experience Requirements: J.D. degree is strongly preferred. Sales management in both electronic discovery and corporate fields preferable. Previous sales and sales management experience in a professional selling environment. Proven ability to sell complex products to a new customer base. Prior experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, coaching and performance management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior success in managing budgets and exceeding sales quotas through a team of sales professionals.
