Sales and Marketing Staff

Requirements:

Operations Head

Responsibilities:

• Lead the operations to drive top-line growth, profitability and productivity underpinned by quality services.
• Implement and review a continuous improvement programme to create a highly effective operations environment.
• Formulate and agree Business Plans and to deliver upon them.

• Work closely with business heads to achieve company goals.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly effective management abilities
• Must show great interest in working with people

• Must have good analytical skills and systematic approach to problem

Business Administrator

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related working experience

• Experience in a web company is a plus

Editor in Chief

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic editorial direction for NBA.ph
• Ensure website is updated daily and provides real value to its audience
• Oversee editorial direction of NBA.ph
• Appraise and evaluate the training and development needs of editorial staff
• Develop new approaches
• Negotiate terms with freelancers and other content providers
• Generate and promote content in real-time, on multiple online platforms
• Work with the Marketing Team to maximize revenue potential for the site
• Proofing responsibilities

• Take active part in recruiting relevant third party and user generated content in a cost effective manner to boost the volume of content on the site

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
• Proven track record of managing and developing an editorial and production team at editor level
• Online savvy, must have experience of managing and developing a web site for editorial optimization and SEO
• Comfortable with reporting metrics such as web analytics
• Well-trained journalist with team management experience
• Solid understanding of journalism practices
• Online publishing experience and understanding of website development
• Ability to communicate clear, coherent vision to the team
• Eye for Design

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Graphic Designer

Requirements:

• Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts or any related course
• Good hand drawing skill and able to create artwork independently
• At least 1 year working experience in related field
• In-depth knowledge in the following: Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand and In-Design, and Conceptual skills

• Flash experience preferred, knowledge of ActionScript a plus

Content Writers

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Strong English writing skills and basic familiarity with internet and search engines.
• Required language(s): English.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
