Area Sales Manager – Blue Chip Medical Equipment Company – International Exposure

Our client is a market leader in the Medical Device Industry; with plans to expand their distribution, sales and service network, they are looking to hire high caliber candidates to join their sales team.
Responsibilities:
1. Explore & develop new distributors, and develop sales network over assigned territory
2. Train, manage, and support distribution network in your territory to achieve sales objectives
3. Identify business opportunities by collecting information and reports about the market trend, competitors' activities and customers' requirements
4. Provide forecasting, sales analysis and implement strategic sales plan for the region
5. Work closely with marketing team for new product introduction and promotional activities
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in medical, bio-medical, human science or international trade discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, sales experience in related Medical Device field is preferred
3. Experience in managing distribution network is a MUST
4. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
5. Self motivated and good teamwork spirit
6. You will be working in the HQ in China for the first 6 to 12 months; and then you will be on job rotation to work in their sales territories in other countries
