Project Overview Provide Management and Operations of six Defense Reutilization & Marketing Offices (DRMOs) in Southwest and Central Asia. The contractor will run DRMO operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait. The Iraq DRMOs are as follows: Anaconda, Al Asad, Speicher and Victory. The DRMO in Afghanistan will be located at Bagram and the sole DRMO in Kuwait is located at Arifjan. The contractor will also be required to provide service to Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) in Iraq and must have the flexibility to support the U.S. Military wherever deployed in the AOR.

Position Summary: Performs inquiries of DAISY and MIDAS to collect and collate appropriate data for use in databases and conduct of related research. Generates reports using IT / database systems and assists in their analysis. Develops specialized databases for use in tracking significant activities and trends. Prepares and makes presentations and charts. Prepares productivity reports for the Manager. Works well under pressure. Possesses solid math skills. Provides spreadsheets, reports, and analysis according to specific deadlines.

Job Context/Working Environment: Office Location – Kuwait. Must havesolid organizational skills and be detail oriented. Deals effectively with dynamic, high-pressure situations. Demonstrated ability to receive instructions and carry them out with minimal supervision. Self-motivated, with business awareness, and a desire to achieve. Possesses the ability to analyze and think logically. Able to work six days per week, twelve hours per day.

Communication and Working Relationships: Excellent writer and verbal communication skills. Possesses the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Job Requirements:
Mandatory Education and Experience:
Education: Associates Degree, Business Management
Experience: 3+ years of experience working in Business Information arena. Extensive supply chain management and government acquisition experience is highly desirable. First hand experience in the military service or as a contractor, in the Southwest Asia AOR is also looked upon favorably.

Desired Education and Experience Level:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or Information Systems
