The Solution Value Architect (SE) is an active participant in the application software sales cycle primarily focusing on the area of developing value based architectural roadmaps with our customers. The Senior Solution Value Architect KSA will focus on supporting of sales cycles in all segments of the KSA market. In addition, this will include the possibility of enabling the sales and implementation partners in the KSA market. SAP solution areas in scope are dominantly: Financials, Human Capital Management, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Present and demonstrate the value of SAP solutions to all levels at customer (or partner) side:
- Active participation in facilitating and running site surveys and demonstrations, customer process analysis and identification of opportunity areas, strategic roadmap sessions, and after sale transition to consulting services
- Ability to demonstrate the value of a solution roadmap against the economic benefits of our customers with the ability to build value based cases (quantification where required), and the ability to build a strong working relationship with both the prospect and internal sales team
- Ability to communicate business requirements to project / implementation team after completion of sale to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages, warranting a continuous degree of customer satisfaction
- Active participation in sales processes (like participation in demand discovery sessions, marketing events, customer workshops, etc.) to demonstrate the value of SAP solutions to our customers and partners

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- 5 + years of professional experience
- 5 + years applications and presales experience
- OR 5 + years of SAP product implementation experience
- OR 5 + years of SAP partner (enablement) experience
- 100% remote selling (site surveys, demo’s, meetings)
- Strong English and Arabic speaking skills
- Bachelor degree; Master (MBA) equivalent would be a plus
- Knowledge of marketplace / competition; Business acumen
- C-level communication, decision making using Value Engineering methods
- Analytical Thinking/ Problem Solving
- Experience in Technical Roadmap planning for diverse technology landscapes
- Customer and Partner (enablement) scaling focus
- Lateral interaction with groups in Solution Engineering teams in KSA, UAE and Egypt for purposes of knowledge sharing, training of team members and aligning with the goals of this organization
- Ensure execution of best practice value- and business requirements practices
- Ensure implementation of best practices for demo development, and demo delivery, according to value based practices
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based working-hours, primarily out of Riyadh
