Sales Support Engineer – Saudi Arabia
About the Job
1. Own all technical aspects of Tender responses to ensure that it meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.
2. Attend Customer visits, and provide Customer Relationship Management on the Technical level to facilitate the Sales Process.
3. Provide technical support to the Sales team on the Product and Management Solutions of Harris Stratex Networks to allow them to book business in line with the Sales forecast
4. Provide a Technical Centre of Excellence for all Internal and External Customers, to ensure all Technical aspects of any enquiry or opportunity are complete and accurate, and provided within the required timeframe, including Network and Link Design requirements, Tender and other technical written requirements, and general Technical support requirements as needed
5. Provide support to the sector Technical Representatives to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved in all facits of Customer interaction where Technical input is required, such as Presentations, Technical Review Meetings, etc.
6. Provide the Technical Manager with the necessary operational information to allow him to allocate resources appropriately.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor of Electrical Engineer or equivalent,
• At least 3 –5 years of technical / practical expertise in all aspects of microwave wireless telecommunication, in particular in Network and Link design using Pathloss v4 or equivalent software.
• Experience and qualifications in Data applications (CCNA, etc) would be considered an advantage.
