About the Job
Job Summary
• Responsible for Directing the Asset Management Division’s all related policies and processes, including Discretionary Portfolio, Product Development, Real Estate Fund and Private Equity Fund functions.
Strategic
• Develops Asset Management Division’s strategies, business plans and budgets in accordance with there overall strategic intent and direction.
• Reviews Asset Management Division’s policies and processes inline with all regulation requirements to control all related activities within the company.
Operational
• Leads the expansion of the Investments services and maximize penetrating the market and implementing effective selling channels and efforts to achieve the investment services targets.
• Monitors regional and international economic, political and social developments and developments in the money and capital markets and within companies and industries.
• Ensures adequate controls are in place and operating effectively to mitigate the risks in investment operations. Ensures that the investment policies and guidelines are adhered to and strictly followed.
Required Educational Level
Minimum
• Bachelor’s in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines with CME1 certification.
Preferred
• Master’s in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines with CME1 certification.
• CFA level-1 is preferred.
Required Experience:
Minimum
• Ten (10) years of Asset Management executive-level experience in the financial and real estate Investment sector.
