Based in Dubai, UAE
One of the world’s market leaders in providing Support Services to organizations operating in remote locations is currently seeking a Retail Director. This role will be based in Dubai.
Primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the Retail Division is functioning at an optimal level compliant with all contract requirements.
Responsibilities
• Revenue growth in Retail Division
• Review operational gaps and opportunities
Knowledge and Skills
• Degree in Retail or Business Management
• MBA or Masters from a recognised institution
• At least 15 years of proven ability as a senior manager in Retail
• At least 5 years of proven ability to grow and sustain sales within a FMCG environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to present arguments and influence business decisions
• Excellent knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation
• Excellent English language skills
• Familiar with working in an integrated and multi cultural environment
