Requirements
Degree qualified or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and working toward Chartered Engineer status, with experience of one or more of the following:
Through life management of process plant fluid system mechanical components Assessment of implications, and management of, process plant fluid system design changes Nuclear industry and/or Submarine Nuclear Steam Raising Plant
Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client’s site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to sole British Citizens. Applicants who meet this criterion will also be required to undergo security clearance vetting, if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
Responsibilities
As a successful applicant, you will be expected to:
Deliver your work to Time, Cost and Quality requirements. Produce reports to demonstrate acceptable performance or highlight design issues. Support our QA process through checking of colleagues’ work. Support presentations of our work to clients. Work mostly in small teams, but also independently at times. This may include spending time on our clients’ sites.
