Our Client is one of the UAE’s leading Property Developers, specialising in waterfront luxury projects as well as some of the most acclaimed residential and commercial developments in the UAE.
Notable projects include: Dubai Marina, Palm Island Jumeirah, Palm Island Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai Land and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
As a Project Manager you will be Degree qualified with 5 years prior experience in a similar role. Ideally you MUST have substantial exposure to Construction Management of high-rise towers (minimum 15-storeys)
You must have a background working for a large recognised main contractor.
Apart from overall project control, you will be involved in all aspects of contract agreements & costs, and should be competent to make recommendations and bring value engineering to the project. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing the professional Consultants and assuming responsibility for the timely delivery of the Project through the pre and post tender stages and within agreed cost parameters.
