PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Emerging Market Unit (MU) South East Europe and Middle East (SEME) is responsible for developing the SAP business in Greece & Cyprus, Israel, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, and United Arab Emirates.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Manage daily presales operations for our client

§ Partner with the sales organization to provide best-in-class presales support
§ Manage and motivate team of highly qualified presales experts and specialists
§ Coach presales experts and specialists supporting engagements and coordinating presales activities
§ Oversee and manage a consistent demo process focused on flawless execution for every demo event
  • Support deal strategy and qualification

§ Act as a trusted advisor to sales and sales management providing input into deal strategy

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years operational and / or management experience in Sales or Presales (or Consulting or Business Development)
  • Excellent ERP know-how combined with a strong SAP network as well as program management skills
  • Excellent understanding of the specific business challenges and market drivers of specfic solutions
  • Ability to build c-level client relationships

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor degree; Master equivalent would be a plus
  • Business acumen
  • Business strategy planning, forecasting and management
  • Knowledge of marketplace / competition
