Customer Service Associate Executive (Call Centre)
at Enggsol in Singapore
Provide quality customer service support to customers over the phone (demonstrate superior telephone techniques that meet the Quality Assurance standards)
Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills when interacting at all levels, ie with customers, peers and managers
Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly, if required
Perform call management and problem solving to value-added customers
Follow up and have strong sense of ownership for all cases to ensure complete closure and maximise customer satisfaction
Perform 1st Level Support to Web Portal
Perform any ad hoc duties or additional roles assigned by the management
