Salary: £17,500 Basic + Commission @ 20%

Description:
Credit Crunch- What Credit Crunch?? It seems that whilst people are prepared to forget about purchasing their new sofas or even give up eating out whilst economic times are bad, people simply are not prepared to give up their annual holiday. And why would they. A holiday allows people to escape, re-energise, refresh and relax, and when times are bad, there could be nothing more important than this for your sanity.
Times are good for holiday organisers, which is why we are proud to be amongst the companies creating new jobs whilst times are bad. January 2009 was a record month for Dreamticket, and a few of top consultants earned well over £6,000 for the month in commission and bonuses, and are set to continue having a very successful year.
At dreamticket, we sell holidays to a range of long haul destinations, and our best consultants generate over £25,000 in gross revenue a month.
We pay a basic wage of up to £17,500 and commission at 20% of the gross revenue you generate. In addition to this, you will be able to enjoy free holidays and flights, a range of long service benefits and we have a fantastic 2000 sq ft staff break out lounge with a range of entertainment facilities that allow our staff to disengage and re-energise during their breaks.
To apply, you must either have a experience working in travel and tourism or a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales position, and must be able to demonstrate a track record of success in your previous role. We will not consider applicants who do not meet these criteria. All applicants who are short listed will be invited to an assessment centre and will need to convince our assessors that they have the drive and determination to succeed in this role.
We only take on the very best candidates, but if we take you on, you can look forward to high earnings and a job that you look forward to waking up for each morning.
