Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
• Check and verify accuracy of information on system, and make necessary changes.
• Transcribe content of voice messages and comment cards received from clients.
Requirements:
• Excellent computer and typing skills are very essential in this role.
• Prior encoding experience a plus but is not a requirement.
• Ability to understand English language voice recordings and type them out.
• Must be systematic, highly organized and have an eye for detail.
• Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
