BROADCAST TECHNICIAN (For Cruise Ship)

REQUIREMENT
• Broadcast Technician
• Knowledgeable in Satellites, TV programming, scheduling, traffic, and daily Broadcast Television Operations.
• Knowledgeable in marine satellite tv system (KVH Tracvision C3 Satellite Tv System; Seatel and Orbit) Ku & C-Band Satellite uplink and downlink procedures and signal tracking while at Sea, on land, in Caribbean, Alaska and Europe. Analog and Digital Radio / TV / Cable formats, hardware, software, and productions.
• Knowledgeable in Technical Operations (Remote and Live Show Set Ups, Tele-Conferencing, Maintenance of all Broadcast Equipment, Maintaining all HDTV, Plasma TVs, LCD Projectors, and Theatre DPI / DLP Projectors, Theatre Clarity Video Cubes, and Corporate A/V Productions. Linear and non-linear editing systems in multiple formats (Avid Xpress and Avid Xpress DV, Adobe Premier 6.0 and 1.5, Final Cut Pro and Studio Pro, Adtec MPEG Systems, etc).
• Adept in computer application such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point application required.
• Knowledge of Windows NT, 2000, XP operating systems required
• Can work well with other people and different personalities
• With good oral communication and written business correspondence skills)
• Willing to work long hours and able to handle pressure.
• Team Player
