Assistant Nurse Manager (70% Clinical and 30% Administrative)

1) Diploma in Nursing(3 Years); Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred;
2) If Diploma graduate, minimum of 6 years current experience in a 100+ bed acute care hospital post graduation, with 2 of the years in Specialty area listed below and one year experience as a Senior Nurse or Charge Nurse or equivalent. If Bachelor’s of Nursing graduate, minimum of 4 years experience, with 2 years in Specialty area and one year as a Senior Nurse or Charge Nurse or equivalent;
3) Current RN License;
4) Fluent in English, spoken and written; Arabic desirable
5) Middle East Experience desirable;
6) Private sector experience preferred;
7) Joint Commission International Accreditation or recognized hospital Accreditation experience desirable; and 8) Hospital Commissioning experience in startup project a plus
