Job Title: Attorney/Litigation

Job Profile : Associate Attorney

The candidate will be handling legal research work, writing of legal memoranda, preparing legal pleadings, meeting with clients, meeting with prospective clients, meeting with witnesses, preparing files for litigation, attending hearings; including pre-trials, preliminary hearings, bankruptcy 341 hearings, bench trials.
Qualification and Experience: The candidate must be a recent graduate with 3+ years of experience.

Deadline: April 30, 2010.

Hours: Full-time
