Exclusive in-house search. Agriculture company seeks Senior Counsel for Regulatory Affairs for Washington, D.C. office. Ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience regarding the FDA, USDA, and/or EPA. Exposure to all three agencies is ideal, but not necessary (assuming you have exposure to at least one of them). Background in chemistry or biotechnology will be useful as well. Position will involve counseling, advocacy, policy making, compliance, and management of outside counsel.
