Los Angeles office seeks associates with 1-4 years of experience to handle patent prosecution, patent counseling with clients, patent litigation, corporate transactions involving transfer of patent rights and patent licensing negotiations. A technical background in the area of EE or CS/Engineering required. Patent Bar and substantial prosecution experience are preferred. Litigation or transactional experience will also be considered.
