Equipment Technician

Responsibilities and Requirements : Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing major and minor mechanical repairs and maintenance on a variety of motorized golf course and landscape equipment. Several years of experience in operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, and loaders is preferred along with welding and/or landscape construction experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies sound and accurate judgment, safe use of equipment and materials, and dependability. Candidates must have, or be able to attain, a valid drivers license and in some cases a commercial drivers license. Candidates should have the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
