Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities and Requirements : Perform labeling and inspection of low-volume, high-complexity optical transceivers/transponders Perform component assembly for optical transceivers/transponders Perform necessary inspection and document outcome Properly fill out inspection reports, data sheets, etc., as required per process Capture process and product information in traceability and material tracking database Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations Perform shop floor transactions for material movement (include Education, Skills & Experience) High school diploma preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in assembly and inspection ; preferably in the transceiver/transponder or opto-electronics industry Must possess the ability to multi-task his/her assignments Ability to demonstrate dexterity and hand-eye coordination is desired Must be able to perform repetitive task for 8 to 12 hours Basic computer literacy skills required Flexible to work overtime and weekends when required Must be able to use microscope for duration of the shift as needed Must be a good team player.
