Responsibilities and Requirements : Perform a series of repetitive operations requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity. May require ability to do machine set-ups and adjustments. Ability to understand and verify specifications. Ability to make independent judgment on quality of product / performance of product. Demonstrate hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to understand and communicate (speak, read & write) in English. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while performing repetitive work. FunctionMulti-step process used to assemble Trocar which requires working with extremely small parts. Includes Press-Fit assembly, bonding and cutting cannula/hub sumcomponent, cleaning, assembling subcomponents, inspecting and sheathing of finished Trocar and final packaging of product.Tools/Machines/Equipment UsedComparator, microscope, flaring machine, sheathing fixture, EFD glue dispenser, cutting and bonding fixtures, knives, tweezers, ultrasonic tank and air guns.
