Minimum requirements include MS in Civil Engineering and 1 year geotechnical engineering experience is required. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is required as well as knowledge of or 4 and software. Description The successful candidate for this full-time, regular position will provide basic geotechnical engineering support to various project teams for water resources and infrastructure or environmental projects. The candidate might utilize and expand upon her/his report writing and engineering calculation skills. The successful candidate will work closely with her/his supervisor (a Team Leader) and alongside other civil engineers, as well as with Project Secretaries and the Unit Leader. Candidate will rely on her/his effective communication skills to communicate proficiently, both verbally and in writing, with team members, managers, clients, and subcontractors. Candidate will depend on her/his industry-related experience working at other engineering/consulting firms to understand the dynamics of working well within a project team structure.
