Responsibilities and Requirements : This position reports to IT SupervisorThis position will be responsible forThe Core Transaction system support and maintenance, including testing and reporting. Ability to process the day-to-day transaction system workflow is required.Works closely with Electronic Mgmt Services in resolving functional challenges related to transaction software, including operational area such as billing, claims, capitation, accounts payable, etc.Tests new software releases & interfaced Third Party software as well as monitoring performance after implementationMaintain a through understanding of the various modules in the transaction system and the links between modulesBacks up other application analystsMust have healthcare background with minimum 2 years experience. regulation knowledge strongly preferred. Should have 2 year Diamond application experience. Ability to analyze Diamond data files and discover/correct inconsistencies. Basic knowledge of third Party software that interfaces with Diamond. Advanced interpersonal/communication skills required. Ability to work independently and within a team.
