Sr. Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities : Create meaningful trade marketing plans for specific products within THQsportfolio. Manage and help execute all aspects of the trade programs as well asmanage associated budgets and post mortem analysis. Work as a team with sales managers to help manage retail account business andhelp grow market share within a specific category. Work with brand marketing to manage assigned internal brand lines and becomethe brand evangelist for the sales team. Work with brand, creative services and ops to create and deliver key salesassets in a timely manner and maintain conduit of information to buyers, vendorsand internal personnel. Oversee production of in-store POP materials, including retail signage, specialoffers on packaging and displays etc. Work as part of the trade team to help organize and execute retail road shows,account specific manager shows and other trade events. Monitor competitive product, promotions and retail trends. Travel as required to meet with sales team and help present and formulate plansin retail specific meetings.
Requirements : Bachelors degree in business, sales or marketing Essential Skills and ExperienceAt least 5 years marketing or sales experience required within the gaming orentertainment industry preferred. Strong leadership skills with experience in a team based environment Retail marketing experience preferred; including in-store merchandising Excellent writing and organizational skills required Strong presentation skills.
