Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities and Requirements : The main purpose of this role is to provide sales and marketing support including but not limited to the following key duties Administration - Assist Global Sales & Marketing Manager and National Sales Manager with administrative support as requested - Respond to copyright requests - Maintains all Shopatron Fulfillment Partners requirements. - Create Shopatron reports for management - Back up to Customer Service Representative(s) - Data Entry of incoming sales orders, resolution of errors, communication via email for consumer requests, all incoming phone sales orders, excellent customer service. - Oversee company Full Service Program - Coordinate the sales & marketing calendar including events, critical dates and out of office. Marketing - Oversees company Donation Program - Coordinate mailing lists for company catalog mailings - Work with Graphics department in the coordination of company demos & classes for tradeshows and customer events - Follows up with media representatives and ensures that any product placements are communicated to internal and external sales and design and provide media with any requested information - Travels to and works tradeshows, consumer shows and other promotional events as necessary - Assist with maintaining spreadsheets and tracking customer sales performance - Assist in the execution of social media program and other web based activities - Maintain price lists Customer Relations - Ensure that all customer requests and/or complaints are resolved or addressed within 48 hours. - Follow-up and send all requests for product information (catalogs, price lists)Experience / - Minimum of 1-2 years business experience - Proficient in MS Word and Excel; proficiency in Powerpoint also desired. Experience with an ERP computer program such as MAS desired. - Proficiency in social media, Facebook and Twitter in particular, is required - A passion for crafting is required. A willingness to learn and use our products is also required. - Some travel required.Company Notes
