Sr. Marketing Communications Manager

Responsibilities : Developing and working with sales on brand and channel strategies to meet aggressive growth targets Identifying strategic opportunities and developing tactical plans to capture additional revenue and earnings Establishing and implementing best practices and processes, including, but not limited to distributor programs and promotions, utilization, web, catalog, and literature development, advertising, new product launches, and competitive intelligence Determining market size, growth, and share for business by vertical markets and product line. Conducting market research as required Staying current with market trends through field travel, sales contact, trade shows and trade journals Working with Product Management to create and conduct technical training for customers, sales teams, and distributors Working with internal and external plants and vendors to reach strategic objectives.
Requirements : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a technical discipline. MBA is strongly preferred. 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably with technical products Strong written and oral communication, listening, persuasion, and presentation skills Strong computer and analysis skills International and/or field marketing or sales experience with distribution a plus.
