Responsibilities and Requirements : This position manages the Human Resource function by supervising a staff responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the managers of an assigned business lines to aid management in achieving workforce goals. Accountable for the organization and administration of all human resources activities for assigned lines of business including employment/employee relations, recruiting/placement, employee benefits, pay administration, compliance, performance management, training and development, succession planning, etc. Ensures the quality of Human Resource operations and processes. Your Career is Here. - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience- Eight or more years of experience in the Human Resources field- Minimum four years of management experiencePreferred Skills/Experience- Demonstrated business literacy and credibility with business lines- Considerable knowledge of Human Resources competencies- Strong process facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical skills- Effective verbal and written communication skills- Excellent customer service skills- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience- Eight or more years of experience in the Human Resources field- Minimum four years of management experience.
