And our future is based on our people people driven to deliver value through innovation, involvement, and hard work.Common PurposeUncommon Commitment Think MutualWe are seeking an uncommon professional to join our team as an Executive Benefits Specialist, Internal/Accounting.· This position will work with the Executive Benefits Specialists, National and Executive Benefits Specialist, Regional supporting the sales process by providing support in the creation, coordination, tracking, presentation, and content of the Executive Benefits Proposals.· This position is responsible for the entire proposal and annual reviews process insuring the proposal complies with appropriate regulatory guidelines and using the appropriate tools, including illustration software and needs analysis tools.· This position is responsible for covering vacant territories of Executive Benefits Specialist, National and Executive Benefits Specialist, Regional from time to time. They will enhance and retain relationships with key credit union executives and assist in the implementation of programs and products which support credit union goals.
Requirements :Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, finance, or investments; 3-5 years work experience in financial services sales or sales support; Foundational knowledge of Executive Benefits Plans including 457, Split Dollar Plans, Long Term Care Plans, Key Person Life Insurance, Non-Qualified Plans, and Supplementary Disability Plans.· CPA required
