Triage Change Management Analyst Tier III

Responsibilities : Organize and schedule all maintenance activities in the from all scheduled work on the networkProvide escalation support for Tier 1 and 2Provide capacity management support for all servicesFull ownership of the to include troubleshooting for issuesProvide surveillance for the network from the hub to the backboneFirst responder to all network alarms reported by tools in the networkND ticket generation and correlation for network issues and escalates to proper fix agentPerforms Rate center migrationsReceives and investigates issues and escalations from Accountable for writing and driving action items for post mortems on Network events to ensure follow-up for all break-fixFollows scripted M&Ps for break / fixIs the escalation point for All advanced servicesUse all available tools to monitor and isolate outages across all product linesRMA and sparing over sightMust be able to work variable shift hoursMust be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment requiring broad experience,adaptability, quick learning and excellent problem solving skillsProvide subject matter expertise for all network equipment and technical trainingwithin the OCInitiate and host conference bridges where needed for critical issues, set up conference call with all appropriate department representatives, see issue through to resolution, document as neededOrganize and manage internal and external resources to resolve complex issuesProvide remote assistance of hardware replacementsact as local liaison to identify, correlate, provide local troubleshooting, communication and verify customer impact for nationally are care team managed events
