URGENT HIRING for CSR (Warranty Account)
at Roger Tan in Philippines
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service Representatives are expected to address various customer concerns and resolve issues regarding the product. They are responsible for assisting customers in purchasing, cancellation, refunds and answer general inquiry regarding the product.
Provide warranty purchase walkthrough
Answer basic warranty coverage questions, item eligibility and cost inquiries
Respond to purchase escalations and claims complaints
Handle calls and emails regarding cancellations, refunds and seller complaints
Meet required metrics or service level required by clients
Adherence to TRG Philippines company policies and work standards
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in any field or at least completed 2 yrs in College or graduate of any 2 yr Vocational Course
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Has a history of long-term employment handling CSAT-driven accounts
Background in handling technical support or chat support post is a plus
Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule
At least 18 years old
Filipino Citizen
Must be open to graveyard schedule and or rotating shifts
25 Full-Time positions available
Must be able to start training on February 10, 2012
Package: Above average base pay plus performance incentives
Benefits: 1k rice subsidy per month (upon regularization); HMO Card with Maxicare to be issued after 3 months from start date;
