JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Coaches sales representatives
-Handles escalations
-Monitors performance metrics
-Monitors if representatives are following policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree
-5 years of working in the related field
-Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service and Sales
-Experience in data and performance reporting
-Potential to take more senior leadership position as vacancies arise
-Willing to work in night shift
-Willing to work in Mandaluyong
