full time COMPLIANCE OFFICER

at SS in Dubai

Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible to ensure corporate governance for the group; rolling out the Corporate Compliance Program; treasury, audits, screening of customers, risk management and legal advisory. You will also be responsible to implement compliance groups that include - anti corruption, cartel / antitrust law, insider trading, industrial safety, business conduct / ethics code, information security and treasury. The successful incumbent should have a Bachelor / Masters degree in Law; with minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role and a thorough understanding of UAE / Saudi Arabia laws and legal procedures. You must possess knowledge of contract drafting and interpretations of various laws. Excellent communication skills in Arabic will be an added advantage.

Salary: AED 15,000 - 18,000 + Standard Benefits Location - Dubai
