This is a full time temporary postion, intially for six months.
Applicants should:
• have good computer skills
• have an excellent command of the English language both written and oral
• have an excellent telephone manner
• have outstanding attention to detail
Duties will include:
• Answering telephones
• Dealing with cleaners and clients
• Checking and responding to emails
• Dealing with post sending & receiving
• Managing and regularly updating client schedules
• Compiling information quickly and accurately
