JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists the agents in acquiring and closing new accounts:
2. Prepares the Agreement Benefit Checklist (ABC)
3. Prepares pre-bidding requirements for government accounts
4. Attends to telephone calls regarding inquiries and follows up
5. Prepares monthly production reports
6. Conducts Basic HMO & Product Options training to assigned agencies both in-house & on-site
7.Integration of the functions and responsibilities of the Business Development Officer BDO) with that of the
Marketing Associate (MA) to maximize the productivity of Philamlife, Philamplans and PhilamCare direct agencies.
8.Performs other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Graduate of any 4 or 5 year College Course
Experience : No work experience necessary; Potential Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Competencies Required : Interpersonal Skills
Oral and Written Communication Skills

Computer Literacy
